WHAT ARE BANKED PRODUCTS?
Banked products are complimentary service credits added to your account through promotions,
loyalty rewards, referral bonuses, or special offers. They are our way of saying thank you and
we want to make sure you get to enjoy them!
AT A GLANCE:
• Valid for 6 months from the date issued
• No cash value, cannot be refunded or exchanged
• Expiration dates cannot be extended
• Must be used at a scheduled in-person appointment
EXPIRATION
Your credits are valid for 6 months from the date they are added to your account. We’d love for
you to use them, so we encourage you to book sooner rather than later, our schedules can fill
up quickly! Credits that are not used by the expiration date will be removed from your account, and
unfortunately we are not able to reinstate or extend them.
NO CASH VALUE OR REFUNDS
Banked products are a complimentary benefit and do not carry a cash value. They cannot be
refunded, exchanged for money, or applied as credit toward a purchase. We appreciate your
understanding!
CANCELLATIONS, NO-SHOWS & RESCHEDULING
We know life gets busy! Here’s what you need to know if your appointment plans change:
• Cancelled appointment - your credits stay on your account. Just rebook before your expiration date.
• No-show - your credits are still there, but the expiration date does not change. Please rebook as soon as you can.
• Rescheduled appointment - no problem at all! Just keep in mind your original expiration date still applies.
Regardless of cancellations or rescheduling, credits must be used within the original 6-
month window. We are not able to make exceptions or extend the date.
NO EXTENSIONS
We completely understand that unexpected things happen, and we’re sorry if you’re unable to
use your credits in time. However, we are not able to extend expiration dates under any circumstances.
The best way to protect your credits is to schedule your appointment early - we’re always happy
to help find a time that works for you at either our New Braunfels or Schertz location.
